Fresh basil is the key ingredient in making this simply divine pesto. Your kids and family will love eating it all summer long, especially if they have an elf-like personality -silly, giggly and playful. Elves love dreaming about living in a magical tree in the forest, so stop and notice if any forest animals or birds come around while you are making it!
